My account limited because buyer was linked to an adult site

I was screwed over by paypal! I had my account limited because someone bought some item from me using an account which was tied to an adult site! Now the offending buyer used an email address I couldn’t see as being adult related! But yet paypal said I broke TOS because I accepted the payment! Yet the offending buyers account is still open! I can’t control what every buyers website looks like. That is PayPal’s job and if they don’t like what they see they should shut down the offender and not me. I tried everything, talked on the phone, through emails and yet they still say I broke the TOS and would not over turm the limits on my account and is telling me I can get my money in November! So they suck big time! But I’m going to allow everyone that bought from me to get their money back before that. I am not going to let my buyers suffer just because PayPal screwed me over.

    So now you have to do a back ground check on all your buyers?? It is PayPal’s job to monitor who is using their service and if they can’t get the job done they can not transfer that responsibility to the buyer. And like you said why is the buyers account not shut down??
    This is why it is not safe for anyone to use PayPal and I hate how they keep going back to their ToS like it is some holey Bible.
    You are a good guy for refunding your buyers…PayPal has a thing or two to learn from you.
