I sold a website through ebay and the customer was not happy (she is Italian and the site is in English, problems understanding I think). Rather than contact me to get her money back, she went straight to PayPal and they refunded her money. However, my PayPal account was zero balance at the time so PayPal put my account about £80 into the red. I had no email from PayPal beforehand that they were going to do this. Subsequently PayPal have frozen my account and I had to pay money to a collection agency. I have paid the money, weeks have passed but still my account is frozen.
