Adding Funds By Money Pak to PayPal
I opened a personal account a month ago, then switched it to a premiere account. After switching it to a premier account I signed in and all of the sudden written in border line, all pending balances will be held 21 days.
I am not a seller, or sell products I am just using it for buying (thought it would be easier). I completed the verification process by adding two credit cards, verified the $1.95 charge, verified my email and the limit was lifted. The minute I went to add funds by money pak, the funds were never posted immediately as it states. I sent an email to Paypal, Paypal states they see no attempts to add funds by money pak, however the funds were taken off the Greendot money pak.
Then Paypal placed a limitation on my account asking for a copy of my social security number. This is the games that Paypal play. This is like buying a house and the bank gives you the loan, and then requests a copy of something when it should all be requested at step 1, not through their petty games they play

I just bought a $100 money pak card to put on my paypal account to buy a videogame I’ve been looking for. I had no problems putting the money in to my paypal account but when I went to spend it it said my balance was $0 despite the fact my money pak card said there were no funds on it. So where is my $100???? I have been trying to get paypal to answer this question but instead they limited my account. What do I do now??
PAYPAL IS -Outrageous, unreasonable and unfair !! I don’t recomend Paypal to anyone. I added money from my bank account into my paypal account and now they limited my paypal account,which mean I can’t use my money and I can’t send my money back into my bank account where this money came from.Paypal said they going to hold my money for 180 days and then they will let me know what is next. Do you see what happening ??? They are going to hold my money , I’m sure they going to make some interest on my money.I said to paypal if can’t use my money,then send my money back into my bank account where this money came from , and they said no. NOW THEY HOLDING MY MONEY AND MAKING INTEREST ON IT. I SAID TO PAYPAL REFUND MY MONEY BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT WHERE THIS MONEY CAME FROM,BUT THEY JUST MONOPULATE ME AND IGNORING MY E-MAILS. WHAT I SHOULD DO , I’M SO UPSET . I HAVE 4 CHILDREN AND THIS MONEY IS IMPORTANT TO ME.
