Message sold mirror on eBay to ******** for $18.00 via paypal. I received funds thinking all is well! 6 weeks later receive email from paypal deducting back my $-18.00 pending investigation for unauthorized account use!
I contacted ******** whom bought my mirror asking to return it to me. I never heard back from them. I called paypal on phone and they told me that since I didn't have their protection plan I was out of luck. Now recently I receive an email from paypal stating that the investigation is closed and they will not credit my $18.00 back into my bank account.
I am without payment and out 1 truck mirror. I am closing my paypal account Monday and changing my bank account number. Pay Pal needs to be investigated by the attorney general in my opinion.
