I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against eBay/PayPal today, but that's not relevant to what I'm wanting to share with you...
I noticed that there were noticably too few complaints showing against them considering their size, and of those questionably few complaints, the vast majority of complaints against these two internet giants had been either "assumed" or "administratively judged" resolved... odd since I know of very few people who have been able to successfully resolve a complaint with either of these businesses. Their extreme lack of customer service is a well established fact...
Upon further browsing on the BBB site, I think I found out why... eBay, Inc is on their advisory committee and their board of directors!!!
According to the membership standards, neither of these companies is even qualified to be BBB members, let alone be on the board of directors and advisory committee.
