Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous
I have used paypal many times over pay online bills. Suddenly The invoices from such bill payees’ has shown to now avail, UNPAID! After numerous hours on the phone I figured out that the money has been withdrawn from my account and never APPLIED to these bills. Paypals response is that you have a recient for your payment therefore it has been paid.
So the investigation begins. DONT USE PAYPAL!
