Can I Counter Sue
Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous
PayPal is threatening to sue me for a negative balance of $350 that occured due to them freezing my account back in February due to a chargeback dispute. Since then, they have frozen 2 other business accounts of mine and are holding about $900 of mine. Now they are threatening to sue me for the $350 that they say I owe them when they are still unfairly holding $900 of mine. I have asked them to transfer the funds from the other accounts of mine they have frozen, but they keep giving me their stock response saying that I need to add funds using my bank account.
I am being ripped off!!!
Can I sue PayPal for stealing my money? Do they really have the right to sue me when they are clearly holding my money unfairly.
