Collecting My Money From PayPal

I have finally reached a customer service representative. There is a simple solution (not explained on their website) if all you want to do is collect money owed to you.
After creating your account, chose the Profile option to close account. The account then becomes a temporary one for the purpose of a single transaction. A check will then be mailed to you.
