I have been selling a service and used Paypal to get my customers to send me their payments to my personal account.. and they suspended it – fair enough..
I sent in all the required documents AND sent answered all their questions…
I literally called them daily to which their workers said “everything should be fine, everything is answered and all documents have been received” —
Then the go on and close my account with over $18k in there as it is “high risk” – I have offered to refund all the transactions and not use it again for business..
I am an avid customer to Paypal and use them for ALL my online transacations, whether it be eBay or play.com etc..
I just got off the phone after a 15 min conversation with one of their IDIOT customer service reps in Ireland – she said that there is NO appeal now and there is nothing I can do.. and she finds it fair that they can keep my money for up to 180 days before release..
the idiot then goes on to say that i can email the team offering to refund everyone..
I ask “will that help”
to which she replies “most likely not”
then why the hell would i do that..
