eBay/Paypals actions ruined my online business
I was a licensed vendor for Ed Hardy Sunglasses in NYC when the first came out in 2007. I received a double initial shipment and decided to sell them on eBay. I had sold nearly all of them and shipped because monies had been deposited into my PayPal account. When I went to check sales data one day I found that both my ebay and paypal account were frozen due to me being suspected of selling counterfeit items. I tried to contact customer service and the fraud department to provide them proof that they were in fact authentic and that I was in fact licensed to sell them. I was never able to get to a human being to communicate with. As a result I could not access shipping information and lost some shipments. refunds were made to customers, and my feedback scores tanked. eBay/Paypals actions ruined my online business and I lost several thousand dollars and there is nothing I can do about it.

My paypal account was ruined as well. It’s amazing how many sellers they bring down! I processed with them for eight months and had a few unhappy buyers, they gave me less than perfect feedback and it went downhill from there. Now I process with a merchant account and I’m much happier.
You did everything right and still got screwed. Ebay and paypal are not known for letting you plead your case. And I find that so odd because if they would give their users a chance to explain themselves ebay and paypal would make a lot more money buy not shutting down good people and business.
Your another victim of paypal and their screwed up antics. calling paypal is a joke. you can never get anyone one the phone or automated emails. This company is a huge SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY if you can
