Empty CD Case

Message: I recently purchased 100 CD’s off a seller on ebay,brouhaha music marketing is the name of the persons website,after a month of them not answering my emails I went ahead and paid,a month after that still no CD’s,put in a complaint with paypal,get a package 2 weeks later with an empty CD case,no way that they could send 100 CD’s for the $9.20 postage they paid to Australia,customs declaration says $0,contact paypal,say they will investigate,now send me an email telling me becase they had proof a parcel was sent I don’t have a leg to stand on.
