Hi, I advised a buyer of several options in regards postage ( I live in Sydney, australia the buyer in germany) I advised them that they should go for the tracking and signature option ( in retrospect I should have made it mandatory, an expensive lesson) but this buyer decided to go for the cheap option,. You can see where this is leading, anyway they open a dispute after a month saying the item has not turned up. I advised the buyer that it would take a while because of the option they had chosen for shipping takes longer. I emailed the buyer saying I was prepared to refund half the money and if the watch turned up then she got it for half price otherwise we would both be out of pocket 50 percent which considering if they had taken the tracking option none of this would have happened. Anyway paypal in there wisdom found for the buyer without any referral to me or the past history. I have to say I’m narked that no one contacted me in any way regarding this and paypal just took the money out of my account for the refund.Similar Complaints
