Writer Wishes To Remain Anonymous

I cannot believe this is happening. A police officer showed up at my door 2 weeks ago, confiscated my computer and took me down to the police station saying that I was being arrested for felony larceny as I owed PayPal $13,000. It was about 2 cameras I sold through EBAY approximately one year ago. The buyers claimed they never received their cameras, although I sent PayPal the receipts of confirmation delivery. Paypal paid these people back anyway and now I have until Friday,Apr 22 to come up with the cash or I will be arrested. So, the guys with the cameras not only got their camera for free, they got money as well. I thought in America we are innocent until proven guilty. I am a 56 yr old disabled woman/recently diagnosed with kidney cancer. I quit selling on Ebay a long time ago and left there with a 99% positive feedback rate. I am absolutely devastated over this. I feel like a criminal when I didn’t do anything. Is there anything I can do??? Please help if anyone has any solutions. Paypal will not even answer my emails or calls.
