“Florida Class Action Suit”

We have received information from a Florida attorney that he would be interested in taking up cases of PayPal victims. Actually, I may even be represented by him myself.

The aim is in filing for a class action case. You can present your case and will likely receive an email assessing your chances.

Paypal refused to give us payment of $414.00 for an item that we shipped to Italy. We provided tracking through USPS and even the customer’s acknowledgement through Ebay stating she got the item. But they took her side anyway and refunded the $414 to her. She then proceeded to attempt to get Ebay to refund her AGAIN and Ebay told her she was being fraudulent and completely took our side. She now trying to claim the item arrived damaged and refuses to participate in our insurance claim because we took out insurance on the shipment. Once again Paypal still won’t give us our money back.

Now they have placed a 21 day hold on our payments becuase of this fraudulent claim. They owe us $414.00 + interest + interest on all of our transactions they are now holding.

Ebay has said that we should not have any holds at all because our seller rating is very, very strong.

I am right on this! Paypal robbed my rent money, those heartless bastards!!!!!!!!!!! I was selling electronic gadgets, pieces to devices along with a self made catalog on how to incorporate them into current items that need to be fixed. I had it listed very clearly on my page that this was my “advice” and to fix things at your own risk… well guess what? I had 32 great feedbacks and 1 negative and they shut my ass down quicker than you can blink.I called in for help from customer service, I tried to reason with them, 32 positives and one negative is a great track record. I got no where fast. Bullshit is what it is.
