I'm selling on-line for the past 8 years and my nightmares are chargebacks, I can believe customers can be allowed to submit for chargebacks for any reason, and banks will allow them. Some customers once the get their money back, they wont even return the product, they wont even pay for shipping costs which are stated on your terms and conditions. to make this long story short we are along:

I started to upload my bad customers list, I think everybody should start doing the same, Bad customer should not be allowed to buy until they solve their issues with others sellers.
the internet has changed the way we are doing business now, and every body wants a piece of the action.
