Then it is a fake... MAKE SURE YOUR FULL NAME IS IN THE INTRO.
Any links in the mail and it is not something you are EXPECTING, its a fake.
DON"TTTTTTT follow the link and login. You are NOT logging into paypal, you are sending your INFO to the phisher
