Well, I sold a shirt that was NWT and they got it, filed with paypal saying it was used and had been washed. Paypal forced me to accept the return. When it arrived, it was still NWT. Paypal took $ from my account and gave it back. I filed with paypal saying, hey, I advertised NWT, thats what they got, and that what they sent back. So, did they get the wrong size and just want their money back? Paypal said, well, at least it came back NWT. Stupid crap like that happens because people change their mind. My point though is that paypal wouldnt take any proof from me that it was NWT and that they lied. They simply took $ from me and gave it back. Buyer didnt have to give any proof either, in fact, they wouldnt even tell me why they though it was used. They said, give me my money or I will leave a negative. Its Bull.
