Money taken from account
On 7th November 2006 I received a receipt from paypal saying that $124.09 had been payed to a company called Galer Corp (I later discovered that the company is Itemgarden) I had never heard of this company let alone dealt with them. They had managed to get my p***word and had access to my account. I informed Paypal the same day and have waited to 20th November to get most of the money returned, I say most of because only $119 was put back in my account - the cheating b***ard's took the balance in "conversion and other charges" Just a sec, I was the poor sod who was robbed why should I have to pay charges to get what was mine back?, also are they going to prosecute Itemgarden? Somehow I doubt it. Are they going to review their security to prevent these people obtaining other people's p***words? - silence again.
I have cancelled my membership with them even though it will result in the loss of a lot of business I did through them.
I am really disgusted with their "customer care" Just beware when dealing with them - This Can Happen To You
