i had a similar situation. I bought a pair of gucci boots from ioffer using paypal thinking it was safe. Not only did i get robbed but paypal allowed this person to create a bogus acount take thousands of dollars from people with no recourse. When i contacted paypal it was so sad the customer service rep said "ooh well your loss".
