I also have had paypal contact me previously about my supposed account which I do not have. Paypal better be checking accounts more diligently and also not add names to any account without notifying the person. I just had someone add their name which I have posted and I also do not have a paypal account. Be alert on putting any financial or personal info out anywhere.
