Default Urgent ADVICE needed on how to scam a scammer?

I'll keep this quick and simple:

So I sold this guy some virtual items in a game through paypal for almost $1200. The next day I see that paypal had reversed the charge without even contacting me or freezing the money. They simply credited back his money because he claimed it was an 'unauthorized charge' and when I asked if there was anything I could do they told me, in not so many words: "go f#$k yourself"

Anyway, so by a turn of luck this same scammer who did the chargeback is now trying to buy something from a friend of mine. Since he has to pay before he gets his item I want to try to get my money back from him. We are going to use my friends paypal, but my question is this: Is there ANYTHING that I can do to transfer the money out of his account, or buy something online, or whatever to keep him from getting his money back or at least screwing paypal, since they cared so little about screwing me? They can put our account into collection for all I care, as long as we can get our money back. Legal or illegal, I dont care, can anyone please advise me on how to get my money from this scammer? He has done this multiple times to others and I want to teach him a lesson. To be clear: im looking for a way to get the money out of our account or tie it up before the buyer has chance to file his chargeback, which is rather fast

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to reply.
