I answered, the offer from PayPal to the correcting of what they have done to me. It is not about money, it it the prinicpal and ethnics of what they did-- It was wrong and they know it- by their offer, they have admitted a wronge on their part and want to get out of the mess, asap and as cheap as possible. They cost me money, lost of sales, & major headaches. They could have asked for the information, they needed to realize, that, there are 2 completely different businesses, with different bank accounts, tax ID #, different addresses and managers-- The ebay on line Comic book auction, ran by my husband (813 auctions-100% rating), and the storefront bridal shop, ran by me ( also perfect record). But NO, they acted in an unethical manner, toward me, without any notice. No explantion fo what they wanted. I jumped thru all their hoops, and they still would not release my money-NOW they want to keep me. Why would I continue on, with this company. I have received 2 offers to settle, without compensation, for the trauma and sales lost. My Attorney, is going to file a law suit. When I say I will sue-- That is not a threat or idle talk-it is a promise & statement of fact.

Can you tell me what you did to get them to actually offer a settlement ?

I filed a complaint with the Neb. Attorney General's office and with the BBB of ca. You can look on down the list and see the steps, that I went thru - and the addresses and web sites to file. But, I would not accept, what they offered, because, it did not address, the real issues and the complaint, would be list as satitfed, and give them a good rating on it-- and that is not what has happen, I am not happy, with the minual amount and the offer to give me back my account, because, in most cases, once they limit or freeze your account-- they will do it again. They just offered, this because, I am raising, such an uproar-- The squeally wheel, gets grease-- and they want me & my attorney to quite down. I would not use them again for nothing.
