Default Frozen Account

I have heard back, from the AG of Neb.- They are giving Pay Pal 14 days to explan, their actions. The bbb of ca.., is also asking for an explantion. I have filed complaint., with the state of Ca. I see my att. tomorrow at 8:30. Do not just gripe, take action. My state leg, & the FBI, is also looking into this, misuse of funds.. If I had done something to cause this it would be different, but I still have no ideal, why out of the clear blue sky, they froze my account. I will have my money, before the 180 days and I am suing for 3900, in lost sales, and damages, caause to my store.
Will get back, after, I talk to my att.
