Default Paypal Cl*** Action STILL need co litigants, fruad, froze account, lies, more!

Hello everyone,

I STILL NEED HELP!! Hear this, to ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD OR ARE HAVING FINANCIAL ISSUES WITH PAYPAL, NOT RELATED TO PHISHING, I NEED ADDITIONAL PARTIES FOR MY ACTION: This is real. I started this thread on April 26, 2007, so n forward this to everyone you know because if you don't have a beef with Paypal, someone else might.

For those that know my Paypal horror story I have decided to push forward with litigation, for those that don't here it is in a nutshell:

Billed customer via Paypal email billing, customer paid via Paypal email billing, 90 and 99 days later (two separate transactions, 1=2700 1=3500) customer decides to go into his own bank acccount and reverse the charges. Customer is a bank employee, did not file proper chargeback claims, but instead basically took the money back on his credit card. So since November 2006 I have been trying to get this resolved to no avail. After contacting local law enforcement, news media, customer's bank, Paypal, the constant suggestion was to sue the customer, so I did. Even after I won the first case (he wrote a check too for a separate repair then closed the account) Paypal refused to "believe" or "***ist" me, instead they sent me to collections for the money my customer owes. In addition, when my customer reversed his charges and noted his account, the $6000+ negative wound up somehow putting me in the chexsystem so I am unable to open any new bank accounts in order to keep my funds safe from Paypal. I sued the customer for the $6100+, won, faxed that judgement to Paypal, they replied with "we are unable to dispute this chargeback any further" go after the buyer. Er Go, my search for an Attorney, AND I FOUND ONE!

I retained an Attorney to pursue the Cl*** Action against paypal.

I need people who want to help me fight them. I need more people from California, however if you are in another State please contact me too.

Make sure you tell me which State you are in.

Here is my Attorney's Email:

fg@sandiegolegal.us

My Paypal esclusive email addy is paypalcl***action2007@cox.net if anyone wants or needs to verify validty.

Send an email of your story/situation and put "TAMMY S" in the subject line. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TELL ME WHAT STATE YOU ARE IN.

REGARDING WELLS FARGO BANK: If anyone has had issues with mainly unresolved financial situations involving employees and their personal financial dealings, I would be interested in hearing from you.

REGARDING EBAY: Alot of the issues I have seen with Paypal stem from Ebay transactions, so if you are one of them, I am looking to hear from you too.

Exclamation

I am currently in a battle with paypal.

It all began on eBay. On April 27, 2007 eBay suspended my registration & trading privilege's with a ridiculous claim that I was ***ociated with a previously suspended account. Later that day, my PayPal account was froze with a $1156.97 balance. I have already sent all the verification do***ents that were requested. I waited & waited then finally on May 2nd I received the following e-mail from PayPal:

""Every business must balance its exposure to risk with its business goals.
At this time, we are not comfortable with the amount of risk your business
exposes itself to.

We would like to begin the process of ending our relationship in a manner
that is least disruptive to your business.

Please log in to your PayPal account and fill out the Limited Account
Access form to let us know what to do with the funds remaining in your
PayPal account.

- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click "Contact Us" and then "Contact PayPal Customer Service"
- Choose the topic "Limited Account Access," click "Continue," and write
your instructions in the message box.

-----------------------------------
Disbursement Options
-----------------------------------

1. Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to your
buyers (if applicable).

If you choose to provide refunds to your buyers, please provide a list of
transaction IDs for the buyers that you would like to refund.

OR

2. Your remaining funds will be held in your PayPal account for 180days
from the date your account was limited. After 180days, you will be notified
via email about how to receive your remaining funds.

We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and regret any
inconvenience this may cause.

Sincerely,
PayPal Account Review Department""

The only type of activity on my PayPal account was eBay Payments. I promptly sent PayPal the instructions for the remaining account balance, I requested that it be transfered to my bank account on file. Now I am awaiting a response regarding this transfer.

I would like to join this litigation.

The terms in Section -14- of the PayPal user agreement violates the United States Constitution.

A company does not have the right nor the authority to require there customers to agree that should a need for litigation arise, the customer is forced to file the case with-in a specific jurisdiction. The defendant does not have the right to decide what jurisdiction the court proceedings will take place in. The customer/victim has the constitutional right to a fair trial in there hometown,.

This is nothing but PayPal Bluffing, so most people won't open a case against them because it would cause them to lose money in the end due to traveling expenses.

I am in South Carolina
My e-mail is: cybersurf872000@hotmail.com

Hay, I want in on this Cl*** Action against PayPal. I have had numerous charges incurred to an account that they @ PayPal had ***ured me was CLOSED!!!

CLOSED??? hahah That's rich.

The sad thing about PayPal is they get ALL of your info, except your firstborn, and USE IT AGAINST you.

They NEVER close an account!! This is most obvious. There is something fraudulent in that alone. If they, PayPal, tell you they closed it, then it should be CLOSED, not LIMITED or whatever fancy word THEY'D like to use.

At this point, I'd say, DO NOT open an account with them, don't even log in!! You're DOOMED!!
