Hi my name is Stephen Jones I was born in the UK and moved to Michigan in my mid twenties whilst in Michigan i got married to an American and attended law school. I have returned to the UK last year and live subsequently in both countries. In November I opened a paypal account to do some ebay transactions then started to run into problems with paypal. One transaction i made was to my wifes account back in Michigan for $930 this was to purchase an item for our house in Michigan which because of paypal has now cost me $4000 all but a penny. this was due to the fact that they failed to complete the transaction in time. The $930 was cancelled in my wifes account due to the failure by paypal to complete the transaction. I called them to find they said that they would not refund the money. So been the sdmart guy i called my bank and did a direct debit claim the bank clawed back the $930 to my UK account. subsequently i emailed paypal to inform them that not to use my bank account for any transactions either in or out of my bank account. 2 days after that email pay pal deposited the $930 in my bank account. This was done by there employees against my wishes. I now consider this $930 transaction as part payment of my claim for losses incured by by paypals mistakes. I have caught them out in numerous lies one of which is there website claims that the telephone number is a free phone number this is the UK based 0870 number this is missleading information and is the sole basis of the lawsuit for losses incured i will be commencing my main focus of leaving this message on here is that if there are any people interested in claiming back those phone call charges they have created ilegally i would seriously consider making a group of people as claimants and do a cl*** action lawsuit against paypal this forcing paypal to reimburse all customers who have called that number if there is anyone interested in this please let me know by email to
