Your best bet is to file a written report with a statement of facts to include relevant data such as cir***stances, items involved, dates, and other pertinent items, submitting to the office of the California Attorney General. This will get RESULTS! However, the consequences are constant harr***ment by ebay at every opportunity until you ultimately ~SCREW UP~ at which time they will permanently suspend you. I have been the proverbial THORN IN THE SIDE for a number of years now, but not have given them grounds to PERMANENTLY suspend my account.
