A petition may sound like a good idea at first, however, in reality you wouldn't have enough life-times to secure enough signatures to draw interest! Your best bet is to file a written report with a statement of facts to include relevant data such as cir***stances, items involved, dates, and other pertinent items, submitting to the office of the California Attorney General. This will get RESULTS! However, the consequences are constant harr***ment by ebay at every opportunity until you ultimately ~SCREW UP~ at which time they will permanently suspend you. I have been the proverbial THORN IN THE SIDE for a number of years now, but not have given them grounds to PERMANENTLY suspend my account. Hopefully, before I screw up I will find a law firm with deep pockets willing to take my case that has extreme merit! ANY ATTORNEYS OUT THERE READING THIS? Reply with your business card name & phone number. I have been told my case is very positive, but no law firm is willing to tie up a large amount of capital and hours of work that could be drawn out over several years...Amber
