Hello I wish to serve County court papers on Paypal for money they refused to refund from seller who refused to refund deposit on car he didn't own, so could anyone tell me what address to send them to in the UK please?

hello i am thinking of taking them to court and i have just found out that their uk department address and telephone number is
paypal uk ltd whittaker house whittaker avenue richmond surrey tw9 1eh tel 0208 439 2000 This has not been confirmed to be true, i am investigating if the above details are correct. If you find that this info is correct can you please reply
