Default returned goods cost not returned to buyer
on dec.16,2007 i purchased 2 generic b&l microscope eyepieces,and returned the shipment unopened and plan legal action against pay pal for being an accessory and collusion in committing internet as well as mail.i am convinced i will win in this litigation.isnt that what tort is for.
