Fraudulent Chargeback

Hello,

I am seeking help with regards to a fraudulent charge back that occurred against my Paypal account resulting in $1694.00 being debited from a combination of my paypal and bank accounts. I am seeking legal means to try and have that money credited back to my account while the charge back is being disputed with the buyer's credit card company, as indications appear to be that the end result will be in the buyer's favor. Any feedback would be appreciated.
