NY Lawyer needed for PayPal suit

I really need a lawyer in the NYC area to help me retrieve quite a bit of money I spent trying to buy a watch that turned out to be a fake. I returned it and then filed a refund through PayPal but they only got me $130 back, when I spent thousands on the watch.
PayPal told me to go through my Credit Card company, which I did. PayPal just denied them and now I am stuck with the bill.
Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
