Paypal has stolen $19746.00 off me.

I have had a paypal Account for some 4 years , I only used it for bits and pieces I bought . I am a Car dealer and Ebay approached me about selling my cars through CarAd. So I started listing some and selling some , then they limited my Account because of the increase in volume until I could prove I had the vehicles I was selling , I did this for every transaction they requested, provided proof of where I purchased the vehicle and copies of each vehicles title.
Then they wanted to know who I was , They now have copies of my Drivers License , My Social security Card , My California dealers License , my Dealers Bond to DMV , my Insurance , My Bank Statements and a credit check , THEY HAVE MY MONEY , I'm not asking for credit .

Still its not released , nobody complained , nothing , they took this on themselves and 2 weeks later , NOTHING .

I am going to the FBI tomorrow , nobody should be able to do this .

Please, tell me what has happened since then. They are crooks and they did the exact same thing to me and I am now worried because they have my personal information. I was stupid to give it to them. It should not be their business to know my SSN.
