THANK YOU!!!!!!!! for the paypal phone number you listed. I was able to change my mode of payment. Prior to that my rage was steadily mounting on having Paypal hold onto my credit card and bank account numbers without being able to resolve my issue.
Your website is very informative and useful. I find it hard to imagine how we can allow Paypal not to be regulated. Its like the Wild West in Financeland. I will look into the alternatives you offered.
We need an alternative to eBay as well. They are way too arrogant and have the same contact issues as Paypal. Paypal of course is owned by eBay!
