It's Cl*** Action Lawsuit Time! Who's With Me?

I'm writing you all because you all are against PayPal and I need your cooperation in order to bring PayPal down. I'm not a lawyer so I'll need to get one to help me in my mission.

What did PayPal do to me that has made me so upset I have lost my patience?

To sum it all up they:
Told me I was protected against Fraud when I was not.
Did not support me when I followed their policy. (in the 2nd case in Auburn WA)
Told me that they would get IC Systems (collection agency) off my back and would leave me alone and take care of everything 01/28/2008.
Informed me that they had ruined my credit which I already found out from my bank a week before when PayPal's IC Systems contacted me on 04/30/2008 (3 months later).
PayPal refused to reply to my e-mails during these 3 months and hung up when I called from my registered phone number. To get threw I had to call the 1-888 number that IC Systems gave me and call from an unknown number using skype.
PayPal also took $100.00+ out of my account that was there and returned it to the customer instead of covering me the way that they had promised.

What I want personally:
Compensation for their har***ment previous to 01/28/2008 or after 04/30/2008 and their negligence to contact me afterwards causing me to receive bad credit.
I want their bad credit report removed from my credit report.
I want them to leave me alone and permanently close my account and delete any information that they have that links them to my bank account.
I want a restraining order against them that keeps them from calling me, e-mailing me, lying to me, or having other companies try to collect from me on their behalf.
I also would like it if they could not do business in my state or any other state for that matter because of the unjust and selfish intentions towards the citizens of the United States of America.
Anything else anyone can think of that is not too hard to get.

In WA State there are laws against agreements and policies that are written in favor of the business and not the consumer or customer. From what I understand most other states don't uphold these laws. So I want to take them to court at their WA State office and yes they do have one.

What I need is plenty of testimony from people like you either written, recorded, or in person. I also need a lawyer or firm to represent us and that might cost money. I'm sure they will want a piece of the action but if we are compensated for har***ment and other things I'm sure it will be worth it.

I think Most of the users who get screwed by paypal are just afriad. They have credit that can be ruined and so one and one. Im not one of them. Plus i dont have anything they can take or ruin. I am in the position to just play their games back and now im gonna be the person to make lawsuit threats against them non stop.

Really we need a lawsuit that will force them to shut down operation, then what how fast ebay fails too.

Seriously about all those petitions, they need to petition to have state represenatives outlwa paypal in their state. If lawmaker arounf the country started banning paypal from being aloowed in those states, then there is not anything paypal can so but evertually loose all their ground.

I really dont see how it is not happening that all the users band togather throw their recourced togather and pay some higly skilled programmers to make a public payment system, and let the government take control over it or something, or ll those who put in have the voting power to set rules. reduce paypal to being only accepted in Nigera, they can have them, beside ebay and paypal both love nigerian scammers, its helps their cuase. We could at least force paypal to come up with reaonable explaination as to why they hold closed account fund for 180 days. They dont have a vlaid lawful reaons and if the court find out reaons to be more accurate, they could be put in serios finalcial trouble.
