Default Paypal And Ebay Corporate Mafia

Hello,
My Website Boyskinz.com Used Paypal As A Processing Gateway.

When I Branched Out And Started Selling Mobile Phones I Became The Target Of A Scam.

It Works Like This. Someone Sets Up An Ebay I.d And
Buys A Product Usually Something Pretty Expensive Like The Phones And Pdas I Listed.

They Pay With Paypal And Ask For The Item To Be Rush Shipped To Them.

Often They Pay And Extra 50 Bucks To Cover The Cost.

They Rely On The Fact That You Think Its A Real Payment Covered With Paypal And Ebay Guarantees.

By The Time The Fraud, Which Is Stolen Card, Hacked Id Or Just Plain Denial Of The Order Is Discovered. The Item Has Been Shipped.

The Supplier Will Ship In Good Faith But The Account Will Be Frozen Leaving The Supplier Out Of Pocket And With No Operating Capital If Drop Shipping, I.e. Pays For The Goods With Capital From The Ebay Account, Keeping A Small Fee For Doing The Deal...

Paypal And Ebay Do Not Give Decent Customer Service They Will Spam You With Emails Saying Dont Trade With Certain Entities. Not Because The Entity Is Fake But Because They Are Competition.

In Summary Ebay And Paypal (same Company) Are Corporate Monsters That Feed On The Life Blood Of The Little Person.

Regards Ozzbodz At Boyskinz.com

Default Those ***holes aren't as organized as the Mafia

In all honesty if you have legal insurance and get a lawyer to do all the negotiating for you. You'll get your money back 90% of the time. I alway check out Welcome to LAWSUIT-LAWYERS.COM to find attorneys. As I've said before I wish the government would step in and regulate the Monopoly that Ebay/Pay Pal has over the online auction and payments industries. However, everyone including the American Government is trying to recover from an economic crisis. So who the hell has time to worry about Pay Pal. Perhaps the Russians will come and take their ***es away and Ebay too.
