100% $$ back is worthless

Beware DO Not purchase anything online that is downloadable and pay for it with Pay Pal. I made this mistake and purchased an item to download and the seller was a Gaurenteed Pay Pal seller who said he would refund the purchase price if I was'nt happy. Well I didnt even get to download the item and I had a problem. Well I contacted the seller and told him of my feelings and wanted my $$ Back. He emailed me back and said he would,well after a few days I asked again and now he said he changed his mind and was'nt going to refund my $$, and locked up the download so now even if I wanted it I could'nt. I wrote paypal and they got back to me a few days later and said we are sorry but the item was an intangible item so I couldnt get my $$ Back.Apparently paypal will only refund my $$ if I can Touch the item I purchase. I even sent paypal the sellers add's and his email to me that he would refund my Money. That still didnt mean anything. At least my Visa gave me my money back after I sent them all the emails and the seller's add. So beware with purchasing software and using PayPal. I will never use their garbage svc again
