Default forced credit card acceptance

According to Paypal/a.k.a. Ebay's policy, I am FORCED to accept credit card payments at a higher % against my will. I find this questionable policy, holding both my $ and the buyers $ hostage, and I can not even say I don't accept credit card payments? That is outrageous, and if it is not illegal, it is appalling business policy. I had this problem in the past and WAS TOLD BY Paypal to just list in my directions I don't accept the credit card Payments, which you know people don't read. Now I'm told according to Paypal's policies I can't even refuse the payments, even though on my homepage next to the specific transaction there is a grey box (that you CANNOT select) that ays deny. After the next few transactions I will cancel my Paypal. Appalling, absolutely appalling. Why is this not illegal, esp being ini cahoots with eBay, whom I've never had a major problem with before.

Mr Vega,
I feel for you as that is exactly what I am going through right now. In the last two days I've received credit card payments via paypal even though I gave instructions not to pay that way. You used to be able to deny those payments - those deny buttons used to work. But true to payf**k's nature, they realized they could force you to upgrade your account and pay the fees by no longer allowing you to deny the payments. Why they leave the inactive deny buttons still there - I can only guess they get a big kick out of spitting in your face.
