Hello. Join the crowd of burned victims of PayPal. I suggest that you inundate them with faxes and emails. Write to the Attorney General of CA and the Attorney General of Nebraska (just google them and fill out their online form). They sent letters to PayPal for me and I'm just waiting to hear back. You can also write the DA of Santa Clara County.

The best thing is to flood them with complaints and write everyone you can about this. Keep fighting them!
