I purchased a dish washer from Airelkin (Chris Elkin) on Ebay and paid for in through Paypal: Closeout Blowout Siemens Dishwasher Sept 5th. It came with badly concealed damage. It was obviously reboxed after it was slammed. Yellow Freight denied the claim. The box was signed for as undamaged at pickup and the box was undamaged at arrival. Chris Elkin who is
Airelkin@aol.com and airelkin on ebay strung me along that he would send a new door. My friend, JC, helped me receive the item (ironically, he not only knew the driver, but he is ***istant manager at Lowe's in the appliance dept. I asked the driver, who JC knew, if there was any evident damage. He stated, no, but check it right away and call it in right away if there is.
After he left, JC immediately opened the box and ran his hand over the front inside the box and found the damage. We immediately phoned it in to Yellow Freight. Long story short, they suspect the Chris Elkin is selling damaged goods and using them as the scapegoat, deliverer.
Chris Elkin "Airelkin" strung us along for two months. He went so far as to have his friend call here, repeatedly, posing as the Siemen's service rep. On both occasions, he left false return phone information. Siemens had no service men working from the factory and had no idea who called me -
He promised us a door and stung us along until we were unable to leave feedback - that option disappears after a certain length of time. He then disappears.
However, I discovered today, if you go to the user's other items that are currently for sale, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and if you bought something from them previously, you have the option to leave feedback. I am doing further research on Airelkin and then notifying the police dept of my suspicions.
