The Best Way to Close Paypal Account??

I would like to close my payf**k account once and for all, but from many things I have read, doing it the wrong way will give you just as many headaches as leaving it open.
I presently have two transactions pending, so I don't even know if they will allow me to close it right now anyway. I have received two payments via credit card that I do not want to accept because I do not want to upgrade my account and pay their unreasonable fees. You used to be able to deny such payments, but payf**k has removed this option.
Your only two choices now are to accept the payments, effectively upgrading your account and paying the fees, or leave your buyers' payments in limbo, most likely resulting in negative feedback, blemishing an untarnished record.

Boy, if I knew anything about bomb making, would I have my way with those guys!
