Default Ebay account suspension

I recently had my acct. suspended supposedly due to a copyright violation. I inquired to cust. support and they could not provide specific information on the subject. I knew the item was not a copy or fake. It was an int'l release so I re-posted and they suspended my acct. I tried to sell using my secondary acct. and they suspended me indefinitely. I was not aware you could not sell on an alt. acct. while another acct. was suspended. Well, it was a hard lesson so ideally I need a solution where I can get back to selling on ebay. I earn a decent living part-time through my 4+ years of selling. I just sold a full ebay biz back in Feb. 2008 for $150k so I'd like to duplicate that and sell it in 2009.

Does anyone know a feasible solution to get back up and running again? My research has found some IP address solutions that may do the trick. I'm just skeptical because I don't want to get suspended again. Please advise if anyone has run into this problem. Also, what about changing up my own personal IP address in my home office? Will that do the trick as well or does ebay have another way of identifying past users? Thank you!
