I said I was no longer going to write to you people as I am tired of the BS you are spewing out. HOWEVER, this is too good to p*** on and I am going to post this for all the world to see in as many places as I can on the internet. Maybe it will even be a worthwhile investment to post as ads in the N.Y. Times & L.A. Times newsmedia.

When I tried to post the following remarks in the DISPUTE CONSOLE WINDOW for the NPB buyer to read...QUOTE...Re listing number 270252787586,
"It was clearly stated in my listing that I do not accept instant payment through paypal. If you would have followed listing instructions your item would have arrived in the time frame requested by you. It helps to read the listing description before placing your bid! Your thoughtless action prevented me from selling this item to a bidder willing to pay, who read the instructions stated in the listing! To ask that I send the item before receiving payment is an insult to my intelligence!" END QUOTE... EBAY WOULD NOT LET ME POST THESE REMARKS. THEIR REASONS GIVEN WERE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

My question to mssrs David Smith and Mike Smith, which of these words are prohibited by ebay so that they cannot be used in a reply to this NPB who asked that I send the item while he was in the process of mailing the payment! You allow people like this to cause havoc with respectible sellers, while eliminating the means for sellers to post negative feedback to warn other sellers of the con job trying to be perpetrated upon sellers! I hope when my post reaches the internet it will deter many hopeful new ebay users from coming aboard the ebay ship, and a stern warning to those already on board ship to abandon immediately!

PLEASE NOTE: New ebay policy which will become effective on an undetermined date in September 2008 will impose further restrictions on anyone attempting to sell on ebay. Without having a merchants account, you will not be permitted to sell on ebay UNLESS you accept PayPal as your primary (ebay hopes only) payment acceptance venue, or the addition of SKYPE and other ebay scams to the REQUIRED LIST!

To anyone reading and agreeing with me that ebay is overstepping their authority in unequitable policy that includes, no sending of cash, the monopolization of the payment system, which in September 2008 will close all loopholes that allow a seller to accept cash, personal checks, or money orders/cashier cheques, etc., which will affect all but the largest power seller merchants. These merchants will be able to put in place if they already do not have a merchants account in place to accept credit cards.

I have compiled numerous other files of injustices which have caused emotional and financial harm to this seller, so if any law firm members or individual attorneys reading this would like to discuss this with me...PLEASE EMAIL logjammers_place@att.net. The information you receive may be sufficient to initiate a winable cl*** action litigation suit. Thank you, one very disgusted and abused ebay seller since the year 2000!
