[logjammer58] Security? Account disclosure? HOGWASH! How is this any different than
disclosing that a seller or buyer (prior to feedback policy changes) has
negatives and neutrals on one's record? How would the disclosure of UPI
strikes pose a security breach? However, I do know that if I checked a
bidders record and seen that he had even one recent unpaid item strike, he
would be history!

[logjammer58] I may agree with you on listings that did not sell, however, when a seller
lists an item that has a winning bid or instant purchase, followed by a
payment default, ALL enhancement fees purchased such as borders, extra
photos, etc., should be REFUNDED if the sale is voided. The FVFR that ebay
issues is a scam in itself as the listing which originally sold, is now
being charged again a relisting fee. A refund will only be issued 'IF' the
item sells the second time around.

How would it be if I went into a store, purchased an item, wasn't happy so I
returned the item. If the store had a policy similar to ebay's, I would be
told that I would get the sales tax back, but only if someone else purchased
that item. The actual cost of the item would be absorbed by the retailer as
a restocking fee and the cost of doing business! This is the type of ebay
logic that you people at ebay are expecting me to swallow!

[ebay] There is no guarantee that any item

[logjammer58] Only a complete moron would ***ume otherwise!

[logjammer58 continued] With an extensive background in criminal investigation, I filed a lengthy
complaint with the California Attorney General who took action on this
matter. Although I was not privileged or privy to the details, this seller
was soon suspended from ebay after the CAG conducted it's investigation. In
a nutshell, ebay was aware of the scams this seller was pulling, but chose
to look the other way because he was ADDING to the BOTTOM LINE! Corruption
breeds corruption and ebay is filled to the brim!
David, your problem is not with sellers, but deadbeat NPB's who are trying
to scam good hard working sellers. Your actions at ebay support the rumor
that ebay has changed its business model to one of fixed price listings and
is in the process of exerting pressure in various forms to root out auction
sellers, causing them to leave voluntarily, by default by not adhering to a
flawed ebay policy, or being shut down for not accepting paypal. This seems
to be my reward for 8 years of hard work. This also happened on my wife's
ebay account who was shut down in her tracks in January of this year because
she would not become a "paypal" verified seller! This was supposed to be
applied in February, not January, when ebay decided to pull out the props
from under her for not accepting paypal.

Worry not, we have saved records and are in the process of legal action.
Within the past week this has also happened to me with an ebay ultimatum of
accept paypal for payment or look elsewhere to vend your wares! I ***ure you
it will be a cold day in hell when I accept paypal for payment! That corrupt
rat infested corporation, owned by ebay should be thoroughly investigated
and criminal indictments placed against the top executives, for all the
suffering, misery, and financial loss caused to victims by their fraudulent,
or barely legal operations. You well know that to obtain and operate a
credit card processing system is beyond the means of MOST ebay sellers! So
this option is not even realistic or feasible!

[ebay] This

[logjammer58] I beg to differ with you...it is not the buyers who fear retalitory feedback
because what do these ZERO slackers have to lose? It is SELLERS who are in
fear trying to protect their reputation! I have elected not to leave
negative feedback on numerous occasions because I knew that I would get some
lame excuse as to why the retalitory negative feedback could not be removed.
Case in point is the negative that my wife received, definitely RETALITORY
in nature, but not removable because according to YOUR words, the seller was
entitled to his opinion! >

[logjammer58] Glad you value my opinion, because I gave it to you!
