If my account was resolved, will they limit again?

I just resolved my case several days ago. Will they limit my account again as i resolved once?

I had my account limited. Went through a bunch of loops to get it released. Got a call from a paypal rep saying it was okay to use it again. So I use it. As soon as there was funds in my account they limited it again. Been four months now and I can't get my $ back.
