Default Is this true?

Hi
I accepted money on paypal as a seller for a service unfortunately when I arrived at the persons agreed location to deliver my service he wasnt there.

He has disputed the money and altho I have a deposit from him the main bulk of the money is now held by paypal whilst we resolve it.
Tomorrow he says he is coming to me and that when he cancels the claim he's made on paypal the funds will come to me.
What I am afraid of is that he will cancel the claim whlst with me ,recieve the service and then once he has left, falsely place the claim back.
He says once he cancels the dispute he can not put it on again.
Is this true?
Has any one experienced a similar problem?
Thanks
