Paypal changes

Hi all,

have paypal recently changes things? I have used it for awhile and not had any problems (thankfully).

It always seemed to run quickly and when I bought things funds were drawn and transferred with no problems.

However the last four or five things i have bought are taking forever to clear. My ebay overview says payments are processing through paypal, and when I look at my paypal overview it says payments are 'uncleared'.

Looking further it says payment should clear on 6th May (having purchased on the 24th april!)

Why is it all of a sudden taking 10 days to clear a payment?? It's delaying everything...

Have I just not noticed this aspect before, or has paypal just decided to become more stubborn?
