Hi a Clan Accont ?

Hi so i have a clan, and i want to make an accont so that members can donate or give money to an accont, so we can put up website, teamspeak.....somethings like that

but i do not want to put down my own address or member's ..
and I just want a accont that only for ppl to donate and give money to buy online stuff
don't need to link to a credit card or bank....

any accont can do that? thanks
