Angry Scammed, PayPal Refusing To Help Me

I recently sold a $70 circuit city gift card to a member called "familytheluke5". He got it in the mail and left me positive feedback.

You can see the feedback he left me here:

I just got an e-mail from PayPal saying the funding source used was a stolen credit card. Now, he got his $70 back and I owe paypal $70.

HOW COULD IT HAVE BEEN A STOLEN CREDIT CARD IF HE GIVES ME POSITIVE FEEDBACK SAYING HE RECEIVED IT?

I called his house phone and a 13 year old boy picked up saying his mom is away on vacation.

I'm sick and tired of this garbage already. I have been a proud member since 2006 and I am now canceling my account because PayPal refuses to take action against his account.
