Default paypal charges and fees

Paypal tells you it cannot access your bank account until you verify it yet they tried to deposit money into my account before I had been able to verify it before their mini deposits were made which tests for active accounts. Then they charged me fees for invalid bank account details and a rejection from the bank. Firstly, the bank didn't reject something they never received, not even an attempt by paypal. Second, my bank account details as has since been proven were correct all along but paypal still refuses to give me my money. Granted it was only $16.00 Australian but now, thanks to their incorrect deduction of fees, it's now $10.00 Australian and is now cl***ed as being under their $15.00 limit for withdrawals. It was a payment from a survey site who have washed their hands of this given they have paid their bit. It's not much but it's my money and I want it and then I want to close down my paypal account but I can't do anything. Phone calls are a waste of time because all you get is "I understand ma'am". Well they DON'T understand at all or else I would have my money by now. This has taken three months - and all for $16.00. Any advice is appreciated - I AM FED UP!!

Default more woes

I got sick to death of fighting with them so I closed my account and hang the money. They still insist I made a mistake with incorrect bank details when it was them who tried to deposit money into an unconfirmed bank account. My $15.95 is now $9.95 and they can keep it so I closed down the account and gee, guess what? Somehow they can find it in their hearts to donate my outstanding money to a charity but they can't see a way to give it to ME. It's MY blinking money and I did NOT give them permission to donate the stuff to charity. This place is so full of illegalities it's ludicrous. Something has to be done to stop them NOW!!
