Default paypal illegaly tried to take money from my bank!

first off i accidently posted in the section under this 1 called paypal horror storys i hope its ok i posted this again in this section.

i was sent 250$ the next day i sent 225$ to a friend and the guy that sent me the $250 turned around and filed a unauthorized purchase saying his account was hacked so paypal refunded him the 250$ and gave me a -3$ charge from currency exchange. They then could not give the 225 to my friend so they accessed my bank without my authorization and tried to take the money out. I didnt have that money so i got a NFS non sufficient funds and i owe my bank 25$ and the bank said next time it happens they cancleing my bank account, might i add this hurt my line of credit. I call up paypal and stuff and they said i sent a echeck ( i dont even have a checkings account and no money in my bank why would i do that) and i said i didnt and then they proceed to tell me in their policy they can withdrawl money from my bank without my authorization because i had a negative account balance because they did that -3$ charge on me. I emailed them again and asked for them to cancle the payment and to not try to withdrawl money from my bank account again because if they did my bank accoutn would be closed. They email me back saying "We cannot cancel a payment while it is still pending but we will only attempt to put it through twice". Now Im wondering if i can sue them for hurting my line of credit and illegaly withdrawing money from my bank.
