i recently sold 220 grams of scrap gold on ebay, (about a month ago) I sold it in the best interest with no lies or anything and detailed everything included with about 14 pictures, it was a non refundable item.
the day after it was posted the gentleman who bought the lot filed a dispute with paypal saying that i misold the item, of which i didnt now paypal after a lenghty dispute have given him 10 days to send the lot back then i will have to pay him back 1230.00 back. so as i am an honest person and never ripped anyone of in my life im standing my ground on this one and have cancled any link between my account and my debit card all that is linked is my bank account that i cant close due to it screwing my finaces up with my morgage, but i have removed the direct debit sceame i had set up with paypal.
whats more paypal have told him to send to my previous address when it quite clearly says in my account my new home address, of which i couldnt remove my previous address due to restrictions on my account, oh by the way it shows on the royal mail that the items was delivered and signed for by some one at my old address (
does that mean i dont have to pay for it as i didnt sign for it)
basically it comes down to the question of apart from 200 in my paypal account that they will not let me get, can pay pal physicaly make me pay this back
if you could please reply to me it would be fantastic you know with this credit crucnch i would go broke having to fork out that sort of money
